We hire deliberately, treat people well, and share what we build — every team member gets a percentage of every game we release.

How we work

We're a small core team plus a curated network of specialized contractors. We move fast, but never at the expense of the people doing the work. No crunch. No "we'll figure it out later" hiring. We bring people in when there's a clear, sustained problem for them to own — and we pay fairly for the work.

What we share

Every game we release pays out a percentage to the team that built it — defined per project, applied without exception. We celebrate launches with team gatherings around the world. This isn't a perk; it's policy.

Open roles

We don't have specific open roles posted publicly right now. We do keep an active list of disciplines we're always interested in hearing from:

  • 3D & 2D artists (environment, character, UI)
  • Level designers
  • Composers and sound designers (original music, adaptive audio)
  • Voice actors
  • Narrative designers (writers, dialogue)
  • QA and platform-specific playtesters
